Angelic Ki[spoiler]Angelic Ki is an angelic ability to freely manipulate and control a pure light element known as Revelation. Revelation is a divine holy light that burns at such heated temperatures that direct contact to metal causes the metals to melt instantaneously. Revelation can be both Ki and Magic depending on it's use. It is highly versatile and effective at what it it used for.

Absolute Negation
By manipulating Revalation, Vaas is granted the ability to erect multiple fields of protection that act as a barrier that is used defensively. Each barrier is capable of completely stopping an equal Rank's ability. The number of barriers that can be used during a single battle is limited to the rank she is. (Genin 1, Chuunin 2, Special Jounin 3, ect.)

Resolute Cannonade
This ability allows Vaas to convert the light or magical light around her into floating balls of Revelation that circle around her much like the planets orbit the sun. These balls of Revelation act as both a defensive and offensive ability. Each ball will the will then fire a beam of Revelation at the target then fire its collected Revelation at the target. Each beam of Revelation is hidden under an illusion created by bending the light around the beam. This bending of the light makes the beams invisible.

Phasing
This ability is essentially a means of warping through light, and only where there is light seen. Meaning she can't go through anything that light couldn't go through.

Resolute Smite -Ultimate -
The Resolute Smite is a massive wide spread beam that originates 1 kilometer above the target and drops downwards like light. This beam last for two posts per rank and can be manipulated to move about (further at higher ranks thanks to the elongated time). This beam requires Vaas to use up 3/4 of her total supply of Ki/Magic. It is usually deadly if struck by it. Obviously power scales with the amount of Revelation out into the attack and rank.

Resolute Knuckle
Unlocked at Special Jounin.

The power of the Resolute Smite is channeled into Vaas's fists, from there each hit (only two, one for each fist) would deal damage equal to half the power of the Resolute Smite.

Needles
Needles of light area created that can be rained down from the sky.

Light Beam
Basic beams of light

Light Shield
Basic light shield

Light Sword
Basic Light sword

Upheaval
A shotgun of light can be blasted from the ground upwards to damage foes.

Illusions
Illusions of Light can be created that do what illusions do. Light at later ranks can be bent to fool the enemies eyes directly.

I'm not too sure on this one, but I believe that being able to regenerate or generate lost tissue or limbs is something you'll not be able to do at the current rank of Genin. Probably save that Organic Ki until Sp. Jonin. On top of that, I can see rampant use of it in battle, so there'd need to be some sort of drawback or form of large ki requirement to grow back a single limb.

Natural Ki will obviously have limits I'm assuming? Like, he won't be able to create a big prison of trees at Genin and even if he could at higher levels, there'd be some form of drawback, yes?

Destruction Ki can be changed to where if the person is able to overwhelm your overall input of ki to perform a guard or what have you, your move would ultimately fail, unless you decide to pump more energy into it. An example would be you use a full body destruction ki guard, but the opponent strikes you with an energy based attack or energy fused blade, that has higher energy output than your ki, therefore your destruction ki is trumped and you take the damage since you were going full body.

Save Bio-Destruction for a higher rank Chunin or Sp. Jonin

How does Mental Material Ki work? Does William strike the opponent? Does he try to trap them in some sort of genjutsu? I would suggest renaming it since he is attacking the person's soul and not necessarily their mind, unless you specify elsewhere.

Space and Time Ki should be saved at least for Chunin mainly for the portal aspect of it. I can also see there being some sort of hefty chakra usage for continuous usage of this ki, yes? Can you also explain to me what a temporal wake is?

Are Special Ki Attacks the ones listed below or are you giving off a vague reference that he can just perform some sort of special attack with his Ki out of freestyle?

Suw-Hen-Zet-Ie should have a significant energy usage and drawback. Either that or you save it for a higher rank or you make it where it does a set amount of damage and doesn't grow infinitely stronger.

Fusion, the whole fusion of organic and living creatures is redundant because organic and living are technically the same. I don't know if you meant organic and non-organic beings. When this "new warrior" is formed, what are the buffs? What are the drawbacks? I suggest 30 minutes actually be put into a post-frame and nothing too excessive. Probably only be able to be fused for at least 4 posts at a time or so.

Buster Cannon should be saved for at least Chunin.

Imperial Buster Cannon same as above.

Lol, Destructo Disk is more like it.

Multiform is okay.

Supreme Imperial Buster Cannon should be saved for Sp. Jonin and even then, with how powerful it is, should leave William with little energy after usage.

I have no idea what fighting a "3rd Rank" or whatever you mentioned in Saikou Itsu Subete No Jikan, is. Please elaborate.

Your Ascension stuff should be trained for and shouldn't be ready to use on the spot. I suggest this technique being worked on, with the true form being able to use at Jonin rank. There also needs to be a heavy drawback the more forms he goes through and even with the boosts in energy reserves, the used energy shouldn't be replenished and should scale in accordance with how much he's used in the fight over all.

Final word. Pretty good ideas over all. I want to see how William grows and with that said, I'd like to see how he trains for these techniques. I hope you know that at Genin rank, he won't be able to do much without having to expend large amounts of chakra; it's only natural. I also see a lot of positives to the moves and not enough drawbacks or negatives. I'd like to make sure he's balanced in terms of how much energy he uses in his attacks or forms and what are some significant drawbacks to his more damaging moves. Edit the above and run it by another admin and we'll see about getting you approved.

I read through your post. Good and all something need to be fixed as I haven't touched William's abilities since ves. But. Will was on the old Mylania as a special jounin. Not sure if he gets transfered from there...

No. As you remember with the new rules Kyo set in place, you are only allowed one transfer of rank from another site. You transferred Erik King Miller as your Sp. Jonin.

Absolute Negation- I would cap this at only 2. Stopping an equal ranks ability just like that will take a heavy chakra draw, probably one fourth of your overall chakra usage. See, the problem with this is that you can easily stop an extremely powerful attack that would normally drain a person's entire chakra pool. An example would be you using Resolute Smite, I use Absolute Negation and just make you waste all that chakra, for a fraction of what you cost to use it. I can then beat your character from there. Honestly, now that I'm thinking about it, this should best be saved for chunin and you cap out at only being able to use 2. Like I said, one fourth of chakra should be drained as well, so using 2 would deplete half of your reserves, causing you to use those two chances in a smarter way.

Resolute Cannonade- No invisibility, period. Your amount of balls should be capped at a certain point. Give me a number of how much you want at your starting level and we can work something out from there. I suggest only being able to use 3 or 4 at genin

Phasing- Light is essentially everywhere, so this enables you to teleport anywhere no matter what. This is a no.

Resolute Smite- This is going to take up all of your chakra, not just 3/4ths. You can keep the two posts, only if Vaas cannot do anything else during the casting of this attack.

Resolute Knuckle- Either cut down the power some more or only have the fists last for 3 turns.

Upheaval- This requires a start up. Example, Vaas shoots the area under the opponent's feet with light, the area will light up and then proceed to shoot up at the opponent.

Needles, Basic Beam of Light, Basic Light Sword & Shield, Illusions- Explain what all of that means, because the descriptions of them are in no way informative about what they can do.

Negation - Cost to use it become equal to the cost the opponents attack is.

Smite - Uses 3/4 of total Chakra because using all chakra means no life force means death.

Knuckle - It only lasts until they are used, so Two hits, no more, but possible less.

Needles - condenses light in the area to form needles that are sent towards a target.

Light Beam - Basic light magic, like a beam of harmful light.

Light Shield - A barrier of light, protective one.

Light Sword - a basic sword made from light.

Upheaval - Um, I was thinking in rpg sense, it just comes from under the target and blast upwards. (something like one would see from any JRPG)

Negation- Then in essence, should a person pour all their chakra into their attack and you use that move, you will use up all of that chakra. In my opinion, the cap remains.

Smite- I don't know who told you that, but you won't die. The only thing that happens is chakra exhaustion, meaning you'll be extremely tired and can't use your jutsu for a while. The entire chakra cost remains.

Knuckles- Realize they deal half, two hits equals a full smite. Cut the power if that's the case.

Needles- should have a small area and small amount of needles. Depending how much you use scales with how much chakra you're going to end up spenind. Making hundreds of needles will deplete your chakra quickly, remember that.

Light Shield- How long does it last and what are its protective limits?

Light Sword- so basically its like a sword version of light beam, okay.
