Name: Yatsu Ōtsutsuki

Kekki genkai:
 -Sharingan- Yatsu has only unlocked first stage sharingan and has heightened sences.
-Rinnegan- this ability is still dormant and unusable until further training, but is present in his bloodline.
-Wood Style- Yatsu is blessed with his fathers body and eyes, he is able to use wood style.

Chakra Nature: Water and Earth
Jutsu list: 

Earth style : Mudslide- yatsu makes multiple hand signs and slams his palms to the earth and make a two story wave of mud that can drown, crush, or confuse the foe.

Water style: Floating Lake of Needles- yatsu make a barrage of hand signs. And raises on hand into the air. From his feet water flows up yatsu's body to his palm and up into the sky about 20ft off the ground. Once enough water has collected a barrage off water needles fly at the opponent with incredible speed and force.

Wood style: the creator- Yatsu makes a barrage of handsigns and smacks the ground and a four story humanoid creature of wood emerges from under the earth with athe ability to make woodstyle jutsu, that is under Yatsu's comand.

Earth style: mega crator- yatsu calms himself then makes a handsign to form a large layer of rock and earth over his right arm. Yatsu then can attack the opponent with one shot that if it hits anything other than the foe it'll make a crator the size of a small mansion. But if the attack makes contact the initial impact will sent the foe flying but the rock will then extend to wrap around the foe and retract the enemy back toward yatsu for another strike.

Weighing in on this list.

Sharingan- Well, granted that everyone knows what the sharingan can do, I would like the details and barebones of the whole thing, up until the point of where you can use it.

Byakugan- Same thing as Sharingan

Rinnegan- Same as Sharingan

Honestly, you shouldn't even be able to have all these dojutsu at the start (even if they are in your bloodline) and the Byakugan shouldn't be matured up to a chunin's right at the start.

Phoenix Flower Jutsu- That's going to be a good chunk of chakra being used, if you do decide to unleash 20-30 fireballs.

Body Pulse- Can you elaborate on other situations or some examples of prison Jutsu? That's just for me to gauge a decent range of how much chakra usage you'd be consuming.

Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist- I would probably save this for chunin or sp. jonin at the most. Tenfold is a large number and absorbing chakra from each hit is a bit much for starting genin.

This looks like a big copy paste from the shinobi who are able to use these moves in the anime. I would highly suggest some more original moves and some befitting of a genin. That's my opinion and I'll be waiting on the opinion of the others before your approval.

The amount of Hell No's I could give to this is astronomical. Not a chance in hell can someone, ANYONE, have all three doujutsu. And if yo plan on having this character as a villain, it needs to be for an event and limited time only.

And 364 palms...I won't say no to it, but you shouldn't be able to even come close to that many palms until Special Jonin rank. As well, by the time you reach that many palms, you're entering the zone of just killing a person by stopping the chakra flow to their heart, so it's really a death attack.

On a personal note, what is with people and these freggin Naruto aspects? Is it really so hard to make something that hasn't been done in a mediocre show that doesn't even make sense anymore?
